If a Buyer Purchases a Condo and Garage, the Total One-Time New Owner Assessment Paid at Closing is $850.00
In the Sundance Village COA there are garage units and they are deeded separately and can be sold separately from the unit to anyone.

What Dues Cover:
Exterior Maintenance of Units: Siding, Painting, Roofs and Common Sidewalks. Landscaping. Water, Sewer and Trash. HOA Management, D&O and General Liability Insurance.
What Homeowners are Responsible for:
Condo and Garage windows and doors or any form of egress. Coolers/HVAC. Electricity/or Gas. Exterior, limited Common elements, repair and maintenance: owner electrical maintenance of outlets and lights.
