$280.00 per month for Village of Fountain Greens Condos Sub-Association, effective July 1, 2025
$750.00 New Owner Assessment paid by new Owners/Buyers at Closing
FOUNTAIN GREENS MASTER: Annual Dues: 2025 dues are prorated to $412.50 Due April 1, 2025
Effective Jan. 1, 2026, Annual dues are $500.00.

Once enabled, the payment portal allows members to view their ledger, make a one-time payment, or schedule automatically recurring payments.

In accordance with HB 25-1043, the HOA is required to request an updated email address and cell phone/telephone number for contacting the owner of the unit concerning dues collections.  Email HOAServices at contact@hoaservicesco.com.

What Dues Cover:

Exterior maintenance: siding, painting; roofs, gutters, gutter cleaning; hand rails/stairs/pergolas; snow removal; landscaping; D&O and GL Master Insurance; HOA management; exterior common electrical.

Water, Sewer, Trash

Not covered by Dues:

Member/Owner responsibility: Cooling units/HVAC; windows and doors/screens; personal electric;  interior maintenance of any kind in the living and garage units.  Garage doors/windows and any trim damaged by vehicles in the parking areas.
