Once enabled, the payment portal allows members to view their ledger, make a one-time payment, or schedule automatically recurring payments.
In accordance with HB 25-1043, the HOA is required to request an updated email address and cell phone/telephone number for contacting the owner of the unit concerning dues collections. Email HOAServices at contact@hoaservicesco.com.
What HOA Dues Cover:
- Irrigation: Pump; Pump house; Common Water Lines; Exterior Common Fence that Encompasses the Pump house
- Master G/L and D&O Insurance as Required by Law
- DORA and Secretary of State Annual Filings
- Annual Tax Preparation and Filings
- Association Management: Covenant Enforcement; Billing; Maintenance of Irrigation Systems
- Common Area Landscaping
Owner Responsibility:
- Irrigation and water lines located on the lot within the building envelope
- All exterior and interior maintenance of the home or anything located within the building envelope
- For Owners living on the east side of the Association, an exterior fence is shared by those Owners. This fence is privately owned by the Owners utilizing this fence and each Owner is responsible for their portion of upkeep. Please see the Association's Fence Policy for more information.
