Dues and Financials
Dues: $500 annually. Late after 30 days. Late fee of $15.00 per month.
Special assessment of $2,100 paid over three years (2024-2026). $700 due on October 1st (2025 & 2026) ($175/quarterly payments can be arranged by contacting HOAServices). Special assessments will be posted quarterly; however, late fees will be applied on an annual basis.

Once enabled, the payment portal allows members to view their ledger, make a one-time payment, or schedule automatically recurring payments.
In accordance with HB 25-1043, the HOA is required to request an updated email address and cell phone/telephone number for contacting the owner of the unit concerning dues collections. Email HOAServices at contact@hoaservicesco.com
What is Covered in Your Dues?
The yearly dues that are paid to the Association go towards the following:
- Management
- Homeowners Liability Insurance
- Water assessments
- Maintenance and repair of all Association fences
- Landscaping and care of Common Areas and other properties controlled or owned by the Association (i.e. wetlands and open space)
- Payment of utilities for irrigation facilities, Association water and any street lighting owned or controlled by the Association
