*Members who prefer to break payments into 12 equal monthly installments must notify management in advance so that late fees are not applied.

Once enabled, the payment portal allows members to view their ledger, make a one-time payment, or schedule automatically recurring payments.
In accordance with HB 25-1043, the HOA is required to request an updated email address and cell phone/telephone number for contacting the owner of the unit concerning dues collections. Email HOAServices at contact@hoaservicesco.com
What is Covered in Your Dues?
The yearly dues that are paid to the Association go towards the following:
- Management
- Homeowners Liability Insurance
- Benefit and maintenance of common areas as defined: "irrigation water retention area, pedestrian path, street, or lighting fixture owned or controlled by the Association"
