Short-term Rentals/VRBOs/Online/Tourist Rentals and Lease Agreements less than 12 Months are Prohibited in this Association in Accordance with the CC&Rs

Once enabled, the payment portal allows members to view their ledger, make a one-time payment, or schedule automatically recurring payments.
In accordance with HB 25-1043, the HOA is required to request an updated email address and cell phone/telephone number for contacting the owner of the unit concerning dues collections. Email HOAServices at contact@hoaservicesco.com.
What Do My Dues Cover?
The yearly dues that are paid to the Association go towards the following:
- Association G/L Master and D/O Policies
- Secretary of State and DORA Registrations
- HOA Annual Taxes and Filing of Taxes
- Management
- Maintenance for the Common Area(s)
- Irrigation Repairs/drainage and Maintenance
