In accordance with HB 25-1043, the HOA is required to request an updated email address and cell phone/telephone number for contacting the owner of the unit concerning dues collections. Email HOAServices at contact@hoaservicesco.com.
The monthly dues that are paid to the Association go towards the following:
- Management Fees, which Include Covenant Enforcement, Annual State Registrations--DORA and Secretary of State and CCIOA Compliance
- HOA Master Liability and D&O Insurance
- HOA Electric/Utility Expenses
- HOA Domestic Water
- Common Area Grounds Maintenance
