Foresight Park Owners Association Is the Master Association

Dues: Based on Square Footage:

• Unit A: 31.4% + Monthly Trash
• Unit B: 21.9%
• Unit C: 23.2%
• Unit D: 23.5%

Special Assessments due Nov. 1, 2025 & Jan. 1st, 2026.  Each owner will pay their monthly dues and an equal payment of their dues for Nov./2025 & Jan. 2026.

Once enabled, the payment portal allows members to view their ledger, make a one-time payment, or schedule automatically recurring payments.

What is Covered in Your Dues?

The yearly dues that are paid to the Association go towards the following:

• Management
• Homeowners Liability Insurance
• Landscaping and care of General Common Elements
• Snow removal
• General Common Element repairs
• Replacements and maintenance (except cooling, heating, duct work, etc.)
• Annual registration of DORA and SOS
• Annual preparation and filing of IRS taxes
