Dues $195 Paid Quarterly  
Lot Maint. Fee of $135 Paid Quarterly (*Members are automatically opted in to lot maintenance for the following year unless they request to opt out.  Enrollment takes place once each year, and a form will be mailed with the option to opt out for the following year)

Once enabled, the payment portal allows members to view their ledger, make a one-time payment, or schedule automatically recurring payments.

In accordance with HB 25-1043, the HOA is required to request an updated email address and cell phone/telephone number for contacting the owner of the unit concerning dues collections.  Email HOAServices at contact@hoaservicesco.com.

What Do My HOA Dues Cover?

  • If owner pays their Dues and the Lot Maint. Fee:
    • Exterior landscaping in the front yard
    • Annual backflow testing/certification and winterization
    • Front yard irrigation repairs
  • Included for all owners:
    • Annual HOA Registration with DORA and SOS
    • HOA Tax Preperation and Filing with IRS
    • Association Managment and Covenant Enforcement
    • Master Insurance Policy: G/L and D&O

Owner/Resident Responsibility

  • Evaporative Coolers/Heating/Cooling
  • Exterior/interior maintenance on building, including all cement/concreted areas
  • Exterior Water Spigots
  • Crawl Spaces and Attic Easements/maintenance
  • Fences on side or back yards
  • Trees/shrubs on lot
  • Back and side yard/s maintenance
  • Water/Sewer/Trash

New Owners Fee:
New Homeowners within the HOA are assessed a One Time $500.00 Capital Assessment Fee.

Budget: Quorum for Annual Meetings is set at 20% when there is no HOA Dues increase, per CCIOA, 38-33.3-309. Quorum for Annual Meetings when there is a Dues Increase is set as a Simple Majority or 15 Members.
