$10 Per Month for Owners of Outdoor Pets

In the Sundance Crossing HOA some units have garages, and they are included on the same deed and sold with the unit.

Once enabled, the payment portal allows members to view their ledger, make a one-time payment, or schedule automatically recurring payments.

In accordance with HB 25-1043, the HOA is required to request an updated email address and cell phone/telephone number for contacting the owner of the unit concerning dues collections.  Email HOAServices at contact@hoaservicesco.com.

HOA Dues Cover: Sewer, Irrigation water/pump/mainlines; Trash; Common Area Landscaping; Exteriors, including the Roofs, Siding, and Driveways and Sidewalks.

Homeowners are responsible for their domestic water; all exterior doors, windows, and patios (where applicable).
