Once enabled, the payment portal allows members to view their ledger, make a one-time payment, or schedule automatically recurring payments.
In accordance with HB 25-1043, the HOA is required to request an updated email address and cell phone/telephone number for contacting the owner of the unit concerning dues collections. Email HOAServices at contact@hoaservicesco.com.
What Do My Dues Cover?
- Landscaping of Common Elements; HOA Mgmt.; D&O and GL Master Policy Insurance; Covenant Enforcement; Exterior maintenance of condos, including roofs, siding, soffit, fascia; limited Snow Removal on Common sidewalks; maintenance of Parking areas
- Sewer
Owner Responsibilities:
- Owners are responsible for all windows, doors, skylights (if applicable) and any cooling units.
- Water, Electricity, Interior Plumbing Repairs

Transfer Fee (All Association Types): $150
Condominium Questionnaire: $200
Violation Reinspection: $15 per inspection
