The Loss Assessment was voted on and approved by the Owners of the Association at the Oct. 28, 2025 Annual Meeting. If individual insurance plans will not cover the assessment, owners must still pay it. The minutes for the meeting are located here. The assessment is posted here and is $5,000 due Jan. 1, 2026 and can be paid in quarterly installments by reaching out to accounting@hoaservicesco.com by/prior to Jan. 1, 2026;
All remaining roofs not covered in the Association’s Master Insurance Policy will be replaced utilizing the Loss Assessment funds. Work is scheduled for spring 2026, weather permitting.
