- Reserves Special Assessment of $400 Due March 1st, 2027: Owners can pay monthly or quarterly as long as they set up a payment plan with HOAServices by/before 1/1/27

What Do My Dues Cover? Exterior maintenance: HOA Common Area landscaping; irrigation; Stucco/siding; Painting of exterior Common surfaces; Roofs; irrigation mainlines
Dues do not cover doors, windows, or A/C cooling units.
Article VII Section 7.2 Leases "No short-term leases (i.e., for terms less than month-to-month) shall be permitted"
