- Dues: Monthly Dues: $190.00. Effective 1/1/2026
- Insurance Loss Assessment (ILA) of $5,000.00 Due Jan. 1, 2026. The loss assessment is due by 1/1/26. Owners who set up a monthly or quarterly payment plan with HOA Services before that date—and make all payments on time, in full, by 12/31/26—will not incur any fees or fines related to the assessment.

What Do My Dues Cover? Exterior maintenance: HOA Common Area landscaping; irrigation; Stucco/siding; Painting of exterior Common surfaces; Roofs; irrigation mainlines
Dues do not cover doors, windows, or A/C cooling units.
