$185/month, effective 11/1/25. Due the 1st of the Month and late after 30 days.
Late fee of $25/month
$750.00 New Owner Assessment Paid by new Buyer/s. Due at closing
$250.00 Move-In Fee charged to Owners who rent out their unit. Paid to the HOA every time a new lease/tenant moves into the Association. See the Association's Rental Investment Policy
This Association prohibits all short-term/vacation rentals. See the Short-term Rental Policy on Governing Documents pg.

Once enabled, the payment portal allows members to view their ledger, make a one-time payment, or schedule automatically recurring payments.
In accordance with HB 25-1043, the HOA is required to request an updated email address and cell phone/telephone number for contacting the owner of the unit concerning dues collections. Email HOAServices at contact@hoaservicesco.com
What is Covered in Your Dues?
The monthly dues that are paid to the Association go towards the following:
- Annual registration with the Secretary of State and the Dept. of Regulatory Agency
- Preparation and filing of annual State and Federal taxes
- Management
- HOA Liability Insurance and Directors and Officers Insurance
- Maintain and repair sprinkler/irrigation water and irrigation delivery system
- Snow removal
- Exterior maintenance of fencing and landscaping in front of the residences and painting
