What Do My Dues Cover?
Homes: Irrigation, HOA mgmt., D&O and GL Master Policy Insurance; Covenant Enforcement; Landscaping - aeration and lawn fertilization
Condominiums: All the above and exterior maintenance of condos, including roof and siding and landscaping of common areas. Trash/Dumpster to the south of the Condos. In the condos, owners are responsible for their windows, doors, and any cooling units. Condo owners are responsible for water & sewer.
