Monthly Dues: $248.50 Effective 7/1/2026.
Special Assessment (for the HOA loan and cost overruns on siding): - For owners who Paid the full SA upfront in 2025, an additional $288/owner is due in 2026 (billed annually for adjusted overruns and increased loan interest)
- For owners who did not pay the full SA upfront in 2025, owners will pay $99/month towards the SA loan which matures on 2/5/2035
Late after 30 days. Late fee of $15.00 per month

Short-term Rentals are prohibited in this Association, in accordance with the Declaration, Section q, pg. 6.

- Sheds/Out Buildings; Rear Patio/s
- Exterior Water Spigots
- Crawl Spaces and Attic Easements/maintenance
- Flowers not located in Common Spaces
- Concrete/Steps in back yards/Limited Common Elements
- Fences in Limited Common Areas and behind Units that are not Common Elements
