Renters/Tenants are not primitted to own/have pets

Short-term Rentals are prohibited at all sub-Associations under the Master Association.  Village at Fountain Greens, the Hamlet and Patio Homes are all under the umbrella of the Fountain Greens Master Association, which prohibits short-term leases less than six months in duration: Fountain Greens Master Association pg. 24, Section 7.11 (b).
