Once enabled, the payment portal allows members to view their ledger, make a one-time payment, or schedule automatically recurring payments.

In accordance with HB 25-1043, the HOA is required to request an updated email address and cell phone/telephone number for contacting the owner of the unit concerning dues collections.  Email HOAServices at contact@hoaservicesco.com

What do my Dues Cover?

The monthly dues that are paid to the Association go towards the following:

  • All administration services
  • Management fees
  • Maintaining, repairing and/or replacing of Common Elements
  • Exterior Landscaping
  • Insurance premiums and D&O
  • Cooler Maintenance & Repair
  • Leaks that originate from the roof and/or exteriors.

Owner Responsibility: All leaks that originate in a unit and damage any other adjoining unit are the responsibility of the owner to repair.  The Association shall notify the owner/s impacted by the leak and if the owner does not repair in a timely manner, the Association has the right to enter the unit where it believes the leak is located, with or without notice and make repairs.  The owner where the leak is found to originate will be charged for all repairs, in accordance with the Declaration, Section 17. A. 1-4.

  • All doors, windows, screens and points of egress;
  • Water, Sewer and Electricity for each unit;
  • Carport maintenance: including the structure and all oil/grease stains on the asphalt/concrete/
  • Interior unit insurance/
  • Compliance with all governing documents, including Landlord tenants/leasees/
