Once enabled, the payment portal allows members to view their ledger, make a one-time payment, or schedule automatically recurring payments.

In accordance with HB 25-1043, the HOA is required to request an updated email address and cell phone/telephone number for contacting the owner of the unit concerning dues collections.  Email HOAServices at contact@hoaservicesco.com

What do my Dues Cover?

The monthly dues that are paid to the Association go towards the following:

  • All expenses for administration services/Mgmt. fees/Covenant Compliance
  • Maintaining, repairing and/or replacing of Common Elements, including: exterior siding; trim; soffit; roof/s; sidewalks; parking lot; landscaping; irrigation
  • Insurance: G/L Master Policy and D&O
  • Annual Registration with DORA and the Secretary of State
  • Annual preparation and filing of IRS taxes
  • Snow removal
  • Water/Sewer/Trash

Owners are responsible for: 

  • HVAC/Cooling Units and all maintenance
  • All points of egress, including doors, windows, sky lights and screens
  • Maintenance and repair of all deck related elements

Also included: "all expenses lawfully determined to be common expenses by the Executive Board."
