$200 New Owner Assessment for New Buyers Only.  Due at Closing

Once enabled, the payment portal allows members to view their ledger, make a one-time payment, or schedule automatically recurring payments.

In accordance with HB 25-1043, the HOA is required to request an updated email address and cell phone/telephone number for contacting the owner of the unit concerning dues collections.  Email HOAServices at contact@hoaservicesco.com.

What do HOA Dues Cover:

HOA General Liability & D&O Insurance; HOA Management; Exterior landscaping, lawns, shrubs, weed abatement, annual tree care/soil injections and tree trimming; HOA Common Fencing; DORA and Secretary of State Annual Registrations; HOA Tax Preparation and Filing; and catastrophic losses/repairs from wind/hail storms and would replace roofing/siding/gutters from such losses.

Owners are responsible for: Water, Sewer and Trash; Maintaining their gutters, trim, paint, roofs, siding/stucco, exterior repairs, Cooling/heating systems; and all egress areas: doors, windows, garage doors, etc... as well as snow removal, driveways, sidewalks and concrete.
