Once enabled, the payment portal allows members to view their ledger, make a one-time payment, or schedule automatically recurring payments.
In accordance with HB 25-1043, the HOA is required to request an updated email address and cell phone/telephone number for contacting the owner of the unit concerning dues collections. Email HOAServices at contact@hoaservicesco.com.
What Do My Dues Cover?
The monthly dues that are paid to the Association go towards the following:
- Management
- Common area and Homeowners Liability Insurance
- Maintenance and repair of exterior surfaces and roofs
- Utilities (Electricity and water used in the common areas)
- Snow removal
- Trash service (Master association quarterly dues)
- Common area landscape and irrigation
- Reserve fund account
- Annual Registration of DORA and SoS
- Annual Tax preparation and filing with IRS
Owner Responsibility:
- Entitled and required to landscape and maintain the three foot perimeter surrounding a residence
- Any other insurance desired not covered by HOA policy
- Utilities (Electricity and water for personal use)
- Sewer
- General cleaning of driveways and exterior surfaces of the residence
- Clean up after pets
