New Board Member: Gage Hagerman has been appointed by the existing WPHOA Board Members to fulfill the remainder of Jennifer Springsted's Term owing to her having moved out of the WPHOA community.

Landscaping and Irrigation update Letter May 14,2025

Landscaping Update:  PB&J (the HOA’s landscaping team) is beginning WPHOA landscape services on April 1st with fence maintenance and repair. 

• WPHOA Landscaping/mowing service will occur weekly on Mondays this year. 

• The first round of WPHOA fertilization will occur the first week of May and will consist of the application of salt, water and vinegar.
