In the Homestead HOA there are Garage units that are deeded separately but can only be sold to a current owner within the community that already owns a condominium unit.

• Exterior Maintenance of Units: Siding, Painting, Decks, Roofs and Common Sidewalks
• Landscaping
• Water, Sewer and Trash
• Snow Removal
• HOA Management and Covenant Compliance
• D&O and General Liability Insurance
• Annual registration w/ SOS and DORA
• IRS tax preparaton and filing
• The Pool: Due to escalating maintenance expenses, the pool is no longer in service until further notice

What Homeowners are Responsible for:

• Condo and Garage windows, doors and/or any form of egress
• Coolers/HVAC
• Electricity/or Gas.
