The Board has informed us that irrigation water is scheduled to be shut off on October 15th , 2025. The group that manages the line that feeds Orchard Valley West HOA says that irrigation water is going off on October 15. To assist homeowners with winterization, we have an irrigation technician available who charges $50 for personal blowouts.
