• Dues are $85 per month for each individual lot
• Late Fees: $30 a month after 30 days
  
  • All HOA Assessments are due the 1st of the month
• $300 New Owner Assessment for New Buyers due at Closing

Once enabled, the payment portal allows members to view their ledger, make a one-time payment, or schedule automatically recurring payments.

In accordance with HB 25-1043, the HOA is required to request an updated email address and cell phone/telephone number for contacting the owner of the unit concerning dues collections.  Email HOAServices at contact@hoaservicesco.com.

What Do My Dues Cover? Liability Insurance on all Common areas; D&O Insurance for the Board of Directors; landscaping front yards and all Common areas; snow removal of front walks and driveway (2" or more for walkways and 4" for driveways); irrigation water, pump, and maintenance.
