Parking Policy Update
Evaporative Coolers: The owner of each unit OWNS the swamp cooler/cooling unit and all supply water/electrical to the cooling unit, including all exterior spigot/s. Start up and winterization services are handled by each Owner. All startup and winterization must be performed by a licensed and insured technician. Replacement of the HVAC or swamp cooler is the homeowner’s responsibility!
