Dues / Financials
Dues: Annual dues of $350.00. Due the 1st of Each Year.
Working Capital Assessment: A one-time fee of $350 is charged to the Builder when the Developer sells an initial lot to a Builder.
There is a second $350.00 Working Capital Assessment fee charged when the Builder sells the lot to a new buyer/homeowner.

- Maintenance of Common Areas, Maintenance of landscaping in common areas, Fertilizing and maintenance of common area trees, Common Utilities, and HOA Reserves for period maintenance and capital expenditure
- Association Managment: included enforcement of covenants and Colorado Common Interest Owners Association compliance; Annual Meeting Representation
- Master Policy G/L Insurance and Directors & Officers Insurance
- Annual Registration with DORA and Secretary of State
- Annual Preparation and Filing of State and Federal/IRS taxes
