Looking to create a Short Term Rental? (STR) In Ouray County, STR’s require a permit and a support letter from the River Park HOA. Owners need to work with Ouray County/Town of Ridgway for your approval and please contact unfugchantal@gmail.com to initiate a review process by your Board. The HOA may require conditions and submits this letter to the Town of Ridgway.
Building a fence, making an improvement, or building a house? You must first contact the Design Review Committee and submit this form through the online portal below. “Approval” from the DRB is a positive review for compliance under River Park’s Covenants and Plat restrictions - it does not constitute an approval from the Town of Ridgway. For any construction, please contact the Town of Ridgway for your permitting needs.

Review Fee- A refundable Construction & Landscaping deposit of $3000 is payable by Lot owners on all New House plans submitted for DRB review.
A $100 Administrative Fee is non-refundable. Please Make checks payable to the River Park HOA
*On lesser projects that do not require a Town of Ridgway Building Permit and do not materially alter the color, shape or appearance of existing Improvements, submittal requirements shall be for a lesser fee amount as determined by the DRB.

Fine Schedule
The Association charges $25/month for Reimbursement expenses associated with Dues Collection on ledgers more than 60 days late. The HOA also charges Shipping/Handling expenses associated with Dues Collection on ledgers more than 60 days late.
