The subdivision receives irrigation water from Orchard Mesa Irrigation District. There is a large storage pond and pump system located at the northwest corner of the subdivision. Construction started in 2003. Construction of the final home was completed in 2022. Lawn care and snow removal services are included as part of the HOA dues. Dues for CY 2026 are $85/month.
