The Good Hope Townhomes HOA has adopted a new (Rental) Investment Property Policy and Procedure, effective February 28, 2026, to ensure proper communication and compliance for all rental units.
Key details:
$150.00 is due to the Association within 10 days of any new lease agreement and/or any time a new tenant moves into the Association.
It is the responsibility of the Unit Owner to notify Association Management each time a tenant is moving into the Association. Failure to notify the Association or Managing Agent within 10 days will result in a per incident fine of $300.00.
The assessment applies only to rental agreements executed on or after February 28, 2026, but all rental units must ensure updated contact and communication information is provided to the HOA.
